Head towards the seafront and turn into Baron Street (signposted Spey Bay (Brown Sign) and, Portgordon. 
Approximately 100-200 yds on the right is the Coastguard station. 
Approximately 50 yds further on you will see the white gable end of a house with a GREY name plaque high on the wall indicating YARDIE.
Turn right along the sea front and the cottage is located approximately 150yds along on the left. 
Please park alongside the cottage to the left (right hand side belonging to the neighbours).
